About our QUALITY ASSURANCE
At PRAMUKH PRODUCTS we manufacture, from the simple to the most difficult, highly technical material go through stringent checking process to ensure that our customers only receive deliveries that are defect free. Our quality assurance system is a way of preventing mistakes or defects in our products.
Two of our main assurance principles are: "Fit for purpose", the product should be suitable for the customers intended purpose; and "Right first time", mistakes should be eliminated.
We ensure quality assurance is used in the management of the quality of raw materials, production of components, services relating to the production and management, production and inspection processes.

Quality MEASUREMENT SYSTEM
Quality being of prime importance, all our activities revolve around managing and maintaining efficient Quality Management System. This provides the basis required for reliable planning, management and implementation of the quality characteristics in an organized and reproducible form. The focus is on a process-orientated approach. All the areas from initial client contacts to final inspection and product dispatch are closely monitored by proficient people. The entire team of the company works as one functional unit towards a common goal of efficient Quality Management. The QM system is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
Our modern plant includes Dual Frequency Induction Furnace for melting and alloying, heavy presses for extrusion, efficient draw benches and annealing facilities, and other machines. Our testing facilities are among the most advanced in the country and include among other equipments like:
1) Spectro Meter
2) Hardness Testing Machine
3) Universal Tensile Testing Machine
4) Izod Impact Tester Machine
